I was born in the UK, raised in NZ, have a dog from Wales, a Wife from Australia and little baby girl with three passports.

After over 10 years working across various advertising and marketing roles in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, I decided to take a break, and made the decision to switch careers to focus on a passion that has been a constant throughout my life – health, fitness and wellbeing.

A pandemic qualified PT with a passion for helping people achieve both big and small things

  • Stanford Introduction to Food and Health - Science of Exercise

  • University of Colorado Boulder - Nutrition, Exercise & Sport, WageningenX

  • First Aid, CPR and Defib training

Current Training Journey:

My current journey is all about balance. Dedicating time to triathlon specific training, alongside functional resistance sessions.

Fun Fact:

After leaving school I qualified and worked as a chef… I love FOOOOD!
